Description: The Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) seeks proposals from qualified firms to lead an extensive, system-wide planning and development process to create a Library Facilities Master Plan to guide the LAPL for the next 10 to 20 years. The Plan must be aligned with LAPL's 2015-2020 Strategic Plan and be designed to ensure optimal performance, utility, adaptability, and comfort of facilities and resources for Library employees and patrons.

There are mandatory walk-throughs (tours) on June 9, 2017: The Pico Union Library (1030 S. Alvarado Blvd) scheduled at 10:00 am and Central Library at 2:00 pm.

There is a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for June 9, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Central Library (630 W. 5th Street, LA CA 90071) Board of Library Commissioners meeting room.
