Description: The City is looking for a proposer to operate a historic shop on Olvera Street. El Pueblo Historical Monument is seeking proposals to activate a vacant historic space into a Mexican-American or Italian-American themed business.
The City is seeking a retail use, and is open to and welcomes additional creative business concepts that reflect the area's cultural heritage.
The City may choose to enter into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the selected proposer, which may lead to a lease that will contain, among other things, the City's requirements for the development, construction, and operation of the space.
