The CSA program will provide a college savings account to enrolled first grade students at Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The program will work with a financial institution to establish bank accounts for enrolled students, either as individual custodial accounts or in a pooled account structure, with the City of Los Angeles serving as Custodian in both cases. This RFP seeks to solicit one or more organizations to provide the services under one or more of the following program categories: • CSA Financial Services - to provide (or create) banking services for the CSA program. • CSA Technology Partner - to provide or create an online platform for students and their families to view account balances and receive notifications from HCIDLA |
