Description: The Information Technology Division is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the Harbor Department's migration of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 to SharePoint Online.

The SharePoint 2013 infrastructure resides on-premise and all servers run in a virtual environment. The Department is seeking to migrate from SharePoint Server 2013 on-premise to SharePoint Online using the modern experience. The Department is also seeking assistance with related design, development, best practice guidance and support services for the migration.

Proposers MUST have experience with implementing three SharePoint Online Migrations, including at least one Government Cloud Migration.
