The City of Los Angeles seeks to engage a consultant to conduct an analysis and make recommendations for the redevelopment of the City-owned property located at 411 N. Vermont Avenue; APN 5520-018-901.
Bids will only be accepted from firms on the City of Los Angeles’ List of Pre-Qualified Real Estate And Economic Development Consultants as approved by Council on June 21, 2019 (C.F. 12-1549). Bids from firms not in Service Areas 2 or 5 on the attached pre-qualified list will NOT be accepted (Attachment B).
The City is seeking cost proposals provided at a flat rate, for an amount not to exceed $40,000. Additionally, the City is requesting at least one alternate approach to achieve the scope at a reduced price.
