The City of Los Angeles, Information Technology Agency (ITA) is seeking qualified firms interested in providing, by contract, translation services on a 24-hour, 7-day per week schedule both for emergency and routine information services. The intent of this posting is to ultimately establish a contract with a firm that can provide these services for one (1) year. Firms interested in scheduling a phone interview must send an e-mail to donna.arrechea@lacity.org with the subject header: "REQUEST FOR INTEREST - TRANSLATION SERVICES" no later than Wednesday, March 17, 2021 11:00 A.M. The telephone interview will consist of questions that will help determine the cost of service and whether your firm can meet the service availability, wait/response time requirements, and language availability. |
